Rehabilitation and Support

Vestibular Rehabilitation
Our Vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) is a specialized, exercise-based physical therapy program that treats inner ear and other disorders causing dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and motion sensitivity.
The therapy uses customized exercises to help the brain adapt and compensate for vestibular dysfunction, improving gaze and postural stability to enhance quality of life.
We create a personalized plan that may include gaze stabilization, balance, and postural exercises, as well as a home program to build strength and retraining the body for movement and stillness.
Goals of therapy: Enhance gaze stability, Improve postural stability, Reduce vertigo and dizziness, and Improve overall activities of daily living.
What it treats: Vestibular weakness causing imbalance and dizziness, Conditions like Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), Concussion, Vestibular migraines, and Motion sensitivity.
It is often most effective when combined with a consistent home exercise program
